Adult Program

Tang Soo Do will improve health and wellness and give peace of mind from no nonsense self defense. 
The physical conditioning will involve a full body workout.  Our classes will bring about muscular development to both strengthen and tone.  We will improve cardio-vascular endurance for a healthy heart and increased energy.  Flexibility training will help to prevent injuries and alleviate the soreness associated with physical activity.
Our self defense is time tested, it works!  We take a common sense approach to protecting yourself and getting to safety. Our instructors are the most highly skilled professionals in the area.
